When a metal plate is bent to form a magnetic cover, and a magnetic cover is incorporated into a solenoid valve, the metal plate is prevented from being opened at a joint part to form a gap. In order to solve this problem, according to the present invention, a locking projection (51) formed at a front end of an upper wall (40) is engaged with a locking recess (50) formed at an upper end of a first front half wall (41a) and a second front half wall (41b) forming a front wall of a magnetic cover (20), the locking projection (51) formed at a rear end of the upper wall is engaged with the locking recess (50) formed at the upper end of a first rear half wall (42a) and a second rear half wall (42b) forming a rear wall of the magnetic cover, and claws (45a, 45b) formed at a lower end of the first front half wall and the second front half wall and claws (46a, 46b) formed at a lower end of the first rear half wall and the second rear half wall are respectively folded into connection grooves (33, 34) formed on a front surface and a rear surface of a connection part (16) of a valve body (10) and are thus locked by the valve body.
