According to the present invention, an electromagnetic solenoid 20 comprises: a bobbin 2; a coil 1 in which a wire is wound around the outer circumference of the bobbin 2; a movable element that is disposed on the inner circumferential side of the bobbin 2 and has a first magnetic member 10; and a second magnetic member 7 that is disposed on the outer circumferential side of the first magnetic member 10 of the movable element in the radial direction of the bobbin 2 and on the inner circumferential side of the bobbin 2. The bobbin 2 includes a first end surface as an end surface of the bobbin 2 in the axial direction of the coil, and a second end surface opposite to the first end surface. A first part of the bobbin close to the first end surface has an inner diameter smaller than that of the second end surface. The second magnetic member 7 includes a first outer circumferential part facing the first part of the bobbin 2 in the radical direction and a second outer circumferential part having an outer diameter larger than that of the first outer circumferential part. The outermost circumferential part of the first magnetic member 10 of the movable element has a structure that is accommodated inside the second outer circumferential part of the second magnetic member 7 and capable of being operated in the axial direction of the coil inside the second magnetic member 7.
