Abstract:
Disclosed are a solid beverage containing honeysuckle and a preparation method thereof. The solid beverage consists of honeysuckle, boat-fruited scaphium seeds, Platycodon grandiflorum, lemon powder and other major components. The preparation method comprises the steps of water extraction, sieved mixing, granulation, packaging and inspection. Through reasonable compatibility and scientific preparation, the product has a pleasant aroma, sweet and sour taste, was well praised by the majority of the trial crowd, is easy to carry, and reasonably supplements a variety of vitamins and trace elements which the human body needs.
