Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide a new catalyst with which conversion from glucose to fructose in water or in an aqueous solution can be selectively catalyzed. Provided is a solid catalyst for hydride isomerization reaction from glucose to fructose in water or in an aqueous solution, the solid catalyst for hydride isomerization reaction being formed from a group 13 element oxide the surface of which has been treated using phosphoric acid.
