Abstract:
Present invention discloses a solid construction with grooves on two opposite surfaces constituting thickness and its uses. The sum of depth of two grooves each of that belongs to respectively two opposite surfaces constituting thickness is more than the thickness of the solid. The solid construction is easy to be compressed, elongated or bent, so the problem caused by thermal expansion and cold contraction or wet expansion and dry contraction can be resolved. The solid construction can be used as expansion and contraction device of road, bridge, building, rail, pipeline, or other longer member, and can be used as press platen. If the solid material is timber or synthetic board, excepting for using as floor board directly, it also can be used as core plate of composite synthetic board, bamboo and wood composite board, composite floor board, terrestrial heat floor board, fine woodwork plate, thick core veneer, concrete moulding board, bottom board of container or carriage, wood door, furniture parts, curved veneer, curved composite board, veneer tube, and so on. If the solid material is timber, it can be used as integrate construction.
