Abstract:
The present invention addresses the problem of increasing the solubility of a 4-substituted benzoic acid derivative (I) or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof in water, the problem of improving the oral absorbability of the 4-substituted benzoic acid derivative (I) or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, and the problem of increasing the biological availability of the 4-substituted benzoic acid derivative (I) or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof. The problems are solved by forming a solid dispersion of the 4-substituted benzoic acid derivative (I) or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof and a water-soluble polymer substance. (In the formula, R presents a halogen atom, a lower alkyl group, a lower alkoxy group, a halogen-substituted lower alkyl group, a halogen-substituted lower alkoxy group, or an aryloxy group that is substituted by a halogen atom, a lower alkyl group or a lower alkoxy group.)
