Abstract:
This solid electrolyte is formed from lithium phosphorus oxynitride (LiPON). In the Raman spectrum of the lithium phosphorus oxynitride, a multiplication value obtained by multiplying the ratio of a peak intensity of the nitrogen atom having a single bond with one P atom while having a double bond with another P atom to a peak intensity of the N2 state, by the ratio of the content of N atoms to the content of P atoms, is at least 0.40.
