Abstract:
A solid electrolytic capacitor element according to the present invention comprises an anode body, a dielectric layer formed on a surface of the anode body, and a cathode part covering at least a portion of the dielectric layer. The cathode part is provided with a solid electrolyte layer covering at least a portion of the dielectric layer. When a solid electrolyte constituting the solid electrolyte layer is subjected to thermogravimetric analysis by increasing the temperature to 180ºC, holding at 180ºC for 20 minutes, and cooling from 180ºC to 30ºC, and then increasing the temperature from 30ºC to 260ºC at a rate of 20ºC/min, a weight reduction rate of the solid electrolyte is 3% or less.
