Abstract:
This solid electrolytic capacitor element comprises a positive electrode body, a dielectric layer that is formed on the surface of the positive electrode body, a solid electrolyte layer that covers at least a part of the dielectric layer, and a negative electrode lead-out layer that covers at least a part of the solid electrolyte layer. The negative electrode lead-out layer comprises a carbon layer which is in contact with the solid electrolyte layer and covers at least a part of the solid electrolyte layer. The carbon layer contains a carbonaceous material and a cyclodextrin compound that has a saturated aqueous solution concentration of 1.5% by mass or more at 25°C. By using this solid electrolytic capacitor element, the present invention provides a solid electrolytic capacitor which is suppressed in increase of ESR in cases where the solid electrolytic capacitor is exposed to high temperatures.
