Abstract:
This invention provides a solid electrolytic capacitor comprising a dielectric
layer, a solid electrolyte layer, and an electroconductor layer stacked in that
order on the surface of an anode formed of a metallic material or electroconductive
oxide having a valve action, characterized in that the electroconductor layer
contains an electroconductive powder, the particle size distribution of the
electroconductive powder has at least two peaks, and the minimum peak particle
diameter is more than 100 nm and not more than 1 μm. Preferably, the electroconductive
powder has at least one peak of a peak particle diameter of 8 to 75 times larger than
the minimum peak particle diameter. The solid electrolytic capacitor has satisfactorily
lowered equivalent series resistance (ESR).
