Abstract:
A disclosed solid electrolytic capacitor 100 comprises: a capacitor element 110 including an anode portion 111 and a cathode portion 115; a metal lead frame 200; and an exterior body 140 covering the capacitor element 110. A portion of the lead frame 200 is a buried portion 201 buried in the exterior body 140. The lead frame 200 has a surface oxidized region on at least a portion of the surface of the buried portion 201 in the direction in which the lead frame extends in and out of the exterior body 140. The surface oxidized region includes a plurality of recesses 201c, and the degree of oxidation on the surfaces of the plurality of recesses 201c is greater than the degree of oxidation at regions between the plurality of recesses 201c.
