Abstract:
The present invention provides a solid electrolytic capacitor provided with an anode having pores formed therein, a dielectric body, a first conductive polymer layer and a second conductive polymer layer, wherein the dielectric body is formed on the surface of the anode, the first conductive polymer layer contains a first conductive polymer having at least one constituent unit represented by general formula (1) or general formula (2) and is formed on the dielectric body, and the second conductive polymer layer contains a second conductive polymer that is different from the first conductive polymer and is formed on the first conductive polymer layer. (In general formulae (1) and (2), R1's independently represent an alkyl group having 1 to 12 carbon atoms, an alkoxy group having 1 to 12 carbon atoms, an alkyleneoxy group having 1 to 12 carbon atoms, an aromatic group or a heterocyclic group each of which may have a substituent; A- represents a dopant-derived monoanion; and n represents a numeral of 2 to 300 inclusive.)
