Abstract:
This solid electrolytic capacitor is provided with: a capacitor element which has a valve action metal substrate comprising a porous part arranged on at least one principal surface of a core part, a dielectric layer formed on the surface of the porous part, a solid electrolyte layer provided on the dielectric layer, and a conductor layer provided on the solid electrolyte layer; a sealing resin which seals one principal surface of the capacitor element; a cathode external electrode which is electrically connected to the conductor layer; and an anode external electrode which is electrically connected to the core part. The solid electrolytic capacitor is characterized in that the sealing resin and the cathode external electrode are provided in that order on the conductor layer, a cathode through-electrode passing through the sealing resin is formed in the sealing resin on the conductor layer, the conductor layer is electrically drawn out to the surface of the sealing resin through the cathode through-electrode, and the cathode through-electrode exposed on the surface of the sealing resin and the cathode external electrode are connected.
