Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide a solid electrolytic capacitor having an electrolyte layer comprising a solid electrolyte layer and a liquid, wherein a dedoping reaction is suppressed and the ESR is inhibited from rising rapidly even after being subjected to a thermal stress load in particular. A solid electrolytic capacitor, wherein an electrolyte layer is formed in a capacitor element obtained by arranging a positive electrode foil and a negative electrode foil so as to face each other. The electrolyte layer has a solid electrolyte layer and a liquid. The solid electrolyte layer contains an electroconductive polymer comprising a conjugated polymer and a dopant. The liquid is packed into a void part in the capacitor element in which the solid electrolyte layer is formed. The electrolyte layer contains ammonia as a cationic component, the molar ratio of the cationic component per mole of functional group of the dopant capable of contributing to the doping reaction being no greater than 23.
