Abstract:
This solid electrolytic capacitor comprises: a sheet laminate formed by alternately laminating a plurality of flat membrane-like negative electrode foils and a plurality of flat membrane-like capacitor elements, each in which a dielectric layer and a solid electrolytic layer are sequentially formed on the surface of a flat membrane-like positive electrode foil having a porous part at a prescribed depth from the surface; first metal parts formed at an end of the solid electrolytic layer and at an end of the positive electrode foil in the sheet laminate; and an insulating resin for sealing the sheet laminate. The first metal parts have a first pore diameter larger than a second pore diameter of the porous part of the positive electrode foil.
