Abstract:
A solid formulation preparation apparatus and method. The solid formulation preparation apparatus comprises a spray freeze drying means and a solid formulation shaping means. The solid formulation preparation method comprises: preparing a solution, a suspension, or an emulsion comprising pharmaceutically active ingredients; performing spray freeze drying by the spray freeze drying means in a stirring or non-stirring state; directly preparing a solid formulation by using the solid formulation shaping means to process the particles obtained by means of spray freeze drying, or mixing the particles obtained by means of spray freeze drying with at least one adjuvant and then preparing a solid formulation using the mixture by the solid formulation shaping means. The solid formulation preparation apparatus and method therefor are applicable to production and research processes of materials having properties such as sensitization, low content ratio, biological activity, and thermal sensitivity.
