Abstract:
Provided is a solid heat storage electric-boiler two-stage heat-exchange oil-field steam-injection boiler heating system, comprising a heat-source heating system, a steam injection system, and a discharge pipe, said heat-source heating system comprising said solid heat storage electric-boiler and two-stage heat exchange system. Using the solid heat storage electric-boiler two-stage heat exchange system, it is possible to generate subcritical and supercritical steam; said steam is injected into underground heating crude oil by means of a steam injection process system, thus heating a heavy-oil oil well by steam injection. The heating system may also use low-price nighttime electricity from the grid at low troughs so as to convert nighttime electrical energy to heat energy and perform high-temperature heat storage by means of the solid heat storage electric boiler. The high-parameter steam produced by the heating system heats the heavy-oil oil well by steam injection; not only does the invention solve the problem of oil-field steam injection boiler combustion and emissions pollution, but an electric boiler and energy storage technology can be combined to perform peak-trough difference adjustment on an electrical grid.
