Title:
SOLID-JUNCTION PHOTOELECTRIC CONVERSION ELEMENT AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING SAME
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2017/200000
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
A solid-junction photoelectric conversion element which sequentially comprises a first conductive layer, a perovskite layer and a second conductive layer in this order. This solid-junction photoelectric conversion element is configured such that the bonding surface K of at least one of two adjacent layers which are adjacent to both surfaces of the perovskite layer, said bonding surface K being in contact with the perovskite layer, has a maximum height of the profile (Rz) of 1 nm or more, where Rz is the sum of the maximum profile peak height (Rp) and the maximum profile valley depth (Rv) within the reference length (L) in the bonding surface.
