Abstract:
The disclosed solid-liquid separating device (100) is provided with a filter (3) that comprises a filter fabric (1) and a main filter body (2), the interior of which is partitioned by the filter fabric (1) and wherein a primary space (4) that is the space on one side of the filter fabric (1) and is the space where sludge is supplied and a secondary space (5) that is the space on the other side of the filter fabric (1) and is the space where the filtrate is discharged, are formed; a pressure-reducing means (11) that can de-pressurize the secondary space (5); a sludge-supplying means (12) that can supply sludge to the primary space (4); a sludge-pressurizing means (13) that can pressurize the sludge supplied to the primary space (4); and a sludge-compressing means that can compress concentrated sludge that adheres to the primary side surface (6) that is the surface of the filter fabric (1) on the side of the primary space (4) when the sludge supplied to the primary space (4) is filtered by filter fabric (1). The filter fabric (1) is a filter fabric formed from monofilaments. The disclosed solid-liquid separating device is capable of concentrating sludge of about 1 mass% solids to form sludge of more than 40 mass% solids.
