SOLID-LIQUID SEPARATION DEVICE AND METHOD FOR WASHING LIGNOCELLULOSIC SOLID RESIDUE

A solid-liquid separation device and a method employing the device to repeatedly wash a lignocellulosic solid residue. The solid-liquid separation device comprises: a kettle (1), a piston (2), a stirring blade (3), a partition plate (4) provided with a filter hole (41), and a mesh filter (5). The kettle (1) is hollow in an axial direction, so as to form a cavity. The partition plate (4) is fitted inside the cavity, so as to divide the cavity into two parts: a washing cavity (11) and a water discharging cavity (12). The piston (2) and the stirring blade (3) are fitted in the washing cavity (11). The mesh filter (5) is provided on a surface of the partition plate (4) facing the stirring blade (3), so as to cover the filter hole (41) of the partition plate (4). A material inlet (13), a water inlet (14), a material outlet (15), and a liquid outlet (16) are further provided in the kettle (1). The material inlet (13) and the material outlet (15) communicate with the washing cavity (11). The water inlet (14) and the liquid outlet (16) communicate with the water discharging cavity (12). The method comprises the following steps: material input, solid-liquid separation, washing, and material output.
