Abstract:
Disclosed is a solid-liquid separation device with a semi-cutting ring, comprising a solid-liquid separation part and a screw rod passing through the interior of the solid-liquid separation part, with the solid-liquid separation part being formed by a plurality of fixed plates and a plurality of movable plates, and the fixed plates and the movable plates being stacked alternately. Each fixed plate comprises a plurality of lug parts (1) and ring-shaped parts (2), wherein each lug part (1) is provided with an installation hole (3), the installation hole (3) is fixed via a supporting column (5), and the supporting column (5) is a longitudinally cutting supporting column for longitudinally separating a cylindrical supporting column into two parts. The number of the lug parts (1) is four. The longitudinally cutting supporting column is matched with a semi-cutting fixed ring (4), which facilitates rapid removal when maintenance is required.
