Abstract:
Provided are a solid-liquid separation method and a solid-liquid separation system for separating a solid and a liquid from material to be treated, wherein the devices to be installed can be reduced and device configuration and treatment processes can be simplified. This solid-liquid separation system (100a) has a closed system having a treatment tank (2) for accommodating material to be treated, a first heat exchanger (3), a second heat exchanger (4), a substance A supply means (7), a recovery tank (8), a first heat exchanger (3), a second heat exchanger (4), a compressor (5), and an expansion valve (6) and has a substance B that circulates through the system while changing the state thereof. Substance A, which is a gas at normal temperature and normal pressure, dissolvable in oil if liquefied, and insoluble in water, is gasified while being separated from oil by the first heat exchanger (3), liquefied by the second heat exchanger (4), and supplied to the treatment tank (2) by the substance A supply means (7). Oil is recovered to the recovery tank (8) from the first heat exchanger (3).
