Abstract:
A solid lubricant for friction units contains graphite, phenol-formaldehyde resin, furfurol, hexamethylenetetramine, a filler of glass fibre or carbon fibre, and a synthetic oil based on the ester of pentaerythrite and synthetic fatty acids of fraction C5-C9 and containing mercaptobenzothiazole and paraoxydiphenylamine of the following ratio of the components in per cent by weight: graphite 35-40, phenol-formaldehyde resin 20-30, furfurol 13-25, hexamethylenetetramine 3-5, filler 1-5, synthetic oil the balance.
