The present invention addresses the problem of maintaining a good lubrication state of the interior of a solid-lubricated rolling bearing over a long period and extending the life of the bearing. Columnar separators (4) each disposed between balls (3) between inner and outer rings (1, 2) are each formed by a sintered object of graphite and a binder, the mixing rate of the graphite is set to 80-98 vol%, the bending strength of the separator is set to 4-15 MPa, and the specific wear rate thereof is set to 1.5-2.5×10-5 mm3/(N·m), thereby enabling sufficient lubrication, and preventing the separator (4) from being broken and locked and clogging with abrasion powder from occurring during operation. As a result, it is possible to maintain a good lubrication state between an inner ring rolling surface (1a) and an outer ring rolling surface (2a), and the ball (3) for a long period, and extend the life of the bearing.
