Abstract:
The present invention relates to a solid oxide fuel cell system equipped with a carbon monoxide generator using ultraclean coal or graphite, including: a carbon supply unit for supplying carbon powder formed from the ultraclean coal or graphite; a carbon dioxide supply unit for supplying CO2; a carbon monoxide generation unit for generating CO through a reaction between the carbon powder and CO2 supplied from the carbon supply unit and the carbon dioxide supply unit; and a fuel cell unit equipped with at least one Solid Oxide Fuel Cell (SOFC) having an anode and a cathode, wherein the carbon monoxide generation unit prevents the discharge of carbon dioxide into the atmosphere by supplying CO to the anode of the fuel cell unit and resupplying CO2 discharged from the fuel cell unit to the carbon dioxide supply unit. The present invention can efficiently produce energy at a low cost by eliminating an additional reforming device through the use of the ultraclean coal or graphite, and can prevent the discharge of carbon dioxide into the atmosphere by reusing CO2, which is discharged from the reaction of the solid oxide fuel cell using the carbon monoxide as the fuel, as a reaction gas. In addition, the present invention can smoothly perform gasification through the carbon monoxide generation unit, which includes heating powders or a heating reaction chamber.
