Abstract:
The solid oxide fuel cell of the present disclosure is provided with: a support substrate which is insulating, flat plate-shaped, and porous; a plurality of power generation element units arranged at a plurality of positions set away from each other on at least one of the main surfaces of the support substrate, the power generation element units being portions at which at least a fuel electrode, a solid electrolyte, and an air electrode are laminated; and a plurality of electrical connection parts respectively provided between adjacent power generation element units, the electrical connection parts having an electrical connection member electrically connecting the fuel electrode of one of the power generation element units and the air electrode of the other power generation element unit to each other. The solid electrolyte is provided with a first part which is not included in a power generation element unit, and has a potion in which the portion included in a power generation element unit and the first part are shaped differently.
