Abstract:
The present invention addresses the problem of providing a solid powder cosmetic having excellent press-molding and impact resistance properties while also having excellent rolling properties of the cosmetic over the skin and moist feel during application, and, furthermore, having an excellent shininess-suppressing effect over time. The solid powder cosmetic that solves the problem is characterized by an oil content of 10% by mass or lower, and the inclusion of 15 to 40% by mass of ingredients (A) and (B), wherein (B) is a spherical powder, and (A) is a powder whereof the surface is covered by a surface-covering agent (a) represented by general formula (1) and a surface-covering agent (b) represented by the general formula (2).
