Abstract:
The present invention provides a solid-state battery with which a decrease in the ionic conductance of a garnet-type oxide can be further sufficiently suppressed while further sufficiently suppressing side reactions during the firing of a positive electrode active material and the garnet-type oxide. The present invention pertains to a solid-state battery comprising a positive electrode layer, a negative electrode layer, and a solid electrolyte layer disposed between the positive electrode layer and the negative electrode layer, wherein the positive electrode layer contains a positive electrode active material 1 and an oxide 2 having a garnet-type crystal structure, and the concentration of Li in a portion 23 of the oxide 2 in the vicinity of the interface with the positive electrode active material 1 is lower than the concentration of Li in the inside 22 of a particle of the oxide.
