Abstract:
The present disclosure relates to a solid-state image capture device, an electronic apparatus, and a drive method for making it possible to increase the number of pixels by reducing power consumption by pixels. Provided is a solid-state image capture device comprising: a photoelectric conversion unit; and a pixel array unit comprising a matrix arrangement of pixels including a reset transistor for resetting the photoelectric conversion unit in accordance with a reset signal, a first amplifying transistor for amplifying a signal from the photoelectric conversion unit, a select transistor for selecting a signal from the first amplifying transistor in accordance with a select signal, a second amplifying transistor for amplifying a signal from the select transistor and applying the amplified signal to a vertical signal line, and a bias transistor functioning as a current source, the pixels providing output signals having a logarithmic characteristic. The first amplifying transistor and the second amplifying transistor are connected to a power supply voltage. The technology of the present disclosure may be applied in a solar cell-mode logarithmic sensor, for example.
