Abstract:
The present disclosure relates to a solid-state image capture element that can suppress output variations between pixels of the same color or variations in pixel transistor characteristics, and an electronic device. A solid-state image capture element according to an aspect of the present disclosure is provided with: a photoelectric conversion unit which is formed on a pixel by pixel basis and which generates a charge in accordance with incident light; an accumulation unit that accumulates the charge generated by the photoelectric conversion unit; and a transfer unit that transfers the charge accumulated in the accumulation unit to a subsequent stage. A unit of sharing is formed by a plurality of the photoelectric conversion units sharing the accumulation unit positioned at the center of the photoelectric conversion units, wherein all of units of sharing are disposed in the same orientation. The present disclosure may be applied to a CMOS image sensor, for example.
