Abstract:
[Problem] To suppress a decrease in transmission efficiency due to a change in a main light ray angle, despite the use of a structural color filter. [Solution] A solid-state image capture element of the present disclosure is provided with: light reception elements comprising a plurality of pixels; a structural color filter which is positioned above at least some of the light reception elements, and which includes a metal film provided with a periodic opening pattern having a structure period smaller than a predetermined wavelength; and a wiring layer which is positioned below the light reception elements to acquire a light detection signal from the light reception elements. The structure period of the structural color filter is varied in accordance with the main light ray angle of incident light, wherein, with respect to the structure period of the periodic opening pattern at the main light ray angle = 0°, the structure period of the periodic opening pattern becomes smaller as the main light ray angle becomes greater.
