Abstract:
Provided is a solid-state image-capturing device provided with a plurality of pixels, in which a first substrate and a second substrate having circuit elements constituting the pixels disposed therein are electrically connected by a connecting unit. The solid-state image-capturing device has: a photoelectric conversion element included in the pixel of the first substrate; a first electric current source; a first amplification transistor, the source or drain of which is connected to the first electric current source, and to the gate of which is inputted a signal generated by the photoelectric conversion element; a second electric current source; a switch for switching a connection between a vertical signal line and the second electric current source on or off, and switching off when the gate of the first amplification transistor is reset; and a voltage output circuit for out putting a power supply voltage to the vertical signal line when the gate of the first amplification transistor is reset.
