Abstract:
The present technology pertains to a solid-state image-capturing device and an electronic device, with which it is possible to increase resolution while heightening sensitivity. A pixel array unit has a plurality of pixels arrayed in two dimensions, the pixels comprising a combination of: first pixels in which photoelectric conversion of light having a first color component is performed by a first photoelectric conversion unit, and photoelectric conversion of light having a third color component is performed by a second photoelectric conversion unit, the light having the third color component having passed through a first color filter for transmitting light having a second color component, and the first photoelectric conversion unit; second pixels in which photoelectric conversion of light having the first color component is performed by the first photoelectric conversion unit, and photoelectric conversion of light having a fifth color component is performed by the second photoelectric conversion unit, the light having the fifth color component having passed through a second color filter for transmitting light having a fourth color component, and the first photoelectric conversion unit; and third pixels in which photoelectric conversion of light having the first color component is performed by the first photoelectric conversion unit, and photoelectric conversion of light having a sixth color component is performed by the second photoelectric conversion unit, the light having the sixth color component having passed through the first photoelectric conversion unit. White (W) is obtained by mixing the first color component and the sixth color component.
