Abstract:
The present disclosure relates to a solid-state image capturing device and an electronic device which make it possible to suppress deterioration in the image quality of a captured image even if, in order to obtain information different from a normal image, any pixel in a pixel array is configured as a functional pixel for obtaining desired information.
In a plurality of pixels constituting an RGB Bayer arrayed sub-block constituting a block which is a set of color units, normal pixels which capture normal images are disposed with up-down and left-right symmetry within the sub-block, and functional pixels for obtaining desired information other than for capturing images are disposed in other positions. This disclosure is applicable to solid-state image capturing devices.
