Abstract:
A solid-state imaging device 1A is provided with M pixel units 111 to 11M and a correction unit 21. The pixel units 11 include a main amplifier 100, a capacitance unit 111, a first switch 121, a second switch 122, a photodiode 131, a feedback capacitance unit 132 and an initialization switch 133. The correction unit 21 includes a nulling amplifier 200, a capacitance unit 211, a first switch 221 and a second switch 222. The effective offset value of the main amplifier 100 is small. Thus, a solid-state imaging device is realized, for which temperature control is unnecessary or simple, and with which the pixel pitch can be narrowed.
