Abstract:
The present invention pertains to a solid state imaging device whereby the degree of freedom for driving pixels can be readily improved, a control method, and an electronic device. Two transfer control lines wired in parallel and being for controlling the transfer of charge stored in a photoelectric conversion element that performs photoelectric conversion have staggered drive timing within one Analog/Digital (AD) period, when the AD period is a period for reading and A/D-converting an electric signal corresponding to the charge stored in the photoelectric conversion element, from a pixel having the photoelectric conversion element. This disclosure can be applied, for example, to image sensors that capture images.
