Abstract:
The present invention improves the sensitivity of first and second pixels and the resolution of imaged images.
A solid-state imaging device is provided with first pixels (37) and second pixels (38). The first pixels (37) have a first PD (41) and a first photoelectric conversion film (42). The second pixels (38) have a second PD (44) and a second photoelectric conversion film (45). The first PDs (41) and the second PDs (44) are formed in a surface layer of a semiconductor substrate (51). The first photoelectric conversion film (42) is formed on the first PDs (41) and in a position offset in the right-hand direction from the center thereof. The second photoelectric conversion film (45) is formed on the second PDs (44) and in a position offset in the left-hand direction from the center thereof. The first photoelectric conversion film (42) carries out photoelectric conversion of incident light (60L1) that is incident to the right region of the first PDs (41). The second photoelectric conversion film (45) carries out photoelectric conversion of incident light (60R2) that is incident to the left region of the second PDs (44).
