Title:
SOLID-STATE IMAGING DEVICE, DISTANCE MEASURING DEVICE, AND DISTANCE MEASUREMENT METHOD
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2017/098725
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
In this solid-state imaging device (10), each of a plurality of pixels (100) is provided with: a light-receiving circuit (101) which has a light-receiving element (105) for performing photoelectric conversion, sets a photoelectric time for performing photoelectric conversion by an exposure signal in the light-receiving element (105), and outputs a light-receiving signal depending on the presence or absence of incident light that has reached the pixels (100) within the photoelectric time; a counter circuit (102) for counting the number of arrival times of incident light as a count value on the basis of the light-receiving signal inputted from the light-receiving circuit (101); a comparison circuit (103) for setting a value depending on the count value as a threshold value, and turning ON a comparison signal if the count value is large with respect to the threshold value; and a storage circuit (104) in which the comparison signal and a time signal are inputted, and which is for storing the time signal as a distance signal when the comparison signal is ON.
