Abstract:
This solid state imaging device comprises: a pixel unit (110) having arranged two-dimensionally therein a plurality of unit pixels (101) that photoelectrically convert incident light and generate pixel information; and a two-dimensional memory unit (150) having a plurality of unit memories (105a) that hold the pixel information two-dimensionally arranged therein. A column of unit memories (105a) includes the plurality of unit memories (105a) from the same column as a unit memory block (105). The two-dimensional memory unit (150) has: a memory signal line (106) provided to correspond to the column of unit memories (105a); and one selection transistor (t4) shared by the plurality of unit memories (105a) in the same unit memory block (105), and disposed between the unit memory block (105) and the memory signal line (106).
