Abstract:
This disclosure relates to a solid-state imaging device, a drive control method therefor, an image processing method, and an electronic apparatus which enable both the generation of a high dynamic range pixel signal and the generation of phase difference information. A pixel array part of a solid-state imaging device is configured such that a plurality of pixels having the same light receiving region are arranged in a matrix therein, and light incident on one microlens is incident on adjacent multiple pixels. A first pixel and a second pixel that are included in the multiple pixels under a microlens of the pixel array part are set to have a sensitivity difference. The configuration of this disclosure is applicable, for example, to a solid-state imaging device and the like.
