Abstract:
The present invention relates to a solid-state imaging device, an imaging device, and an electronic device that make it possible to improve color resolution and brightness resolution and to minimize the occurrence of false color. The resolution of a green color (G) is improved by setting a main brightness component as a white color (W), arranging in a checkerboard pattern, and increasing uniformity so that the green color (G) in each matrix is arranged two pixels at a time in a range of 8 pixels × 8 pixels, as indicated in arrangement example (176). In addition, resolution is improved by separating and setting the matrices in which a blue color (B) and a red color (R) are present, as indicated in arrangement examples (174) and (175). In addition, the periphery of isolated point pixels that are missing pixels of the white color (W), the blue color (B), and the red color (R) are arranged so as to be surrounded and thereby arranged so as to facilitate interpolation generation, as indicated in arrangement examples (173-175). The present invention can be applied to a solid-state imaging device.
