Abstract:
The present disclosure relates to a solid-state imaging device, an imaging device, and electronic equipment that suppress the incidence of flare using a simple configuration, and that can suppress coloring due to flare. A high refractive index layer is formed between a solid-state imaging element and a transparent protective substrate (glass substrate). Reflection light obtained from diffracted light generated via an on-chip lens is fully reflected by the transparent protective substrate of a surface layer due to the occurrence of reflection arising at the interface with the high-refractive index layer, and the reflection light, after having been fully reflected, is adequately attenuated until impingement of light happens again, whereby flare and coloring due to flare are suppressed. The present disclosure can be adapted to the imaging device.
