Abstract:
The present invention suppresses image quality deterioration. A solid-state imaging device (1) according to an embodiment comprises a plurality of unit pixels (100) each including: a photoelectric conversion element (PD) that generates charges according to an incident light amount; a transfer transistor (102) that transfers the charges generated in the photoelectric conversion element; a charge accumulation unit (FD) that accumulates the charges transferred by the transfer transistor; amplification transistors (1051, 1052) that include at least two fingers connected in parallel to the charge accumulation unit; and selection transistors (106) provided in one-to-one correspondence to the fingers of the amplification transistors.
