Abstract:
The present invention improves photoelectric conversion efficiency. A solid-state imaging device according to an embodiment is provided with: a photoelectric conversion part (PD) provided on a semiconductor substrate; a first insulating film (135) located on the light incident surface side of the photoelectric conversion part with respect to the semiconductor substrate; and a structure having recesses and protrusions (150) located between the photoelectric conversion part and the first insulating film. The structure having recesses and protrusions is provided with a first layer (151) that is located on the photoelectric conversion part side and diffracts light incident on the photoelectric conversion part, and a second layer (152) that is located on the first insulating film side and suppresses reflection to the first insulating film side.
