Abstract:
This solid-state imaging device is provided with a blue photoelectric conversion element 11, a green photoelectric conversion element 12, a red photoelectric conversion element 13 and an infrared photoelectric conversion element 14, which respectively receive blue light, green light, red light and infrared light and convert the light into electrical signals.
An infrared light blocking filter which blocks infrared light is laminated on the blue photoelectric conversion element 11, the green photoelectric conversion element 12 and the red photoelectric conversion element 13. Color filters which respectively transmit blue light, green light and red light are laminated on the infrared light blocking filter so as to correspond to the blue photoelectric conversion element 11, the green photoelectric conversion element 12 and the red photoelectric conversion element 13. A visible light blocking filter which blocks blue light, green light and red light is laminated on the infrared photoelectric conversion element 14.
