Abstract:
The present disclosure relates to a solid-state imaging device, method for driving the solid-state imaging device, and electronic device wherein phase difference signals using a photoelecetric conversion film are used so that auto-focusing accuracy can be improved. The solid-state imaging device has pixels, each including a photoelectric conversion part having a structure wherein a photoelectric conversion film is sandwiched from above and below by an upper electrode and a lower electrode. The upper electrode is divided into a first upper electrode and a second upper electrode. The present disclosure can be applied, for example, to a solid-state imaging device or the like.
