Abstract:
A solid-state imaging device (100) is provided with: a plurality of pixels (110) each including a photoelectric conversion unit (SP) for generating charge corresponding to an amount of received light, and a capacitor (C) provided to be able to share the storing of the charge generated by the photoelectric conversion unit (SP) with the photoelectric conversion unit (SP); and a computing unit (108b) for subtracting a noise signal level corresponding to noise generated in the capacitor (C) due to temperature, from a pixel signal level corresponding to the charge generated by the photoelectric conversion unit (SP) and stored in the photoelectric conversion unit (SP) and the capacitor (C).
