Abstract:
A solid-state imaging element, comprising: photosensitive cell arrays each including first to fourth photosensitive cells (2a-2d); and a spectroscopic element array arranged facing the photosensitive cell arrays, and including a first type of spectroscopic element (1a) and a second type of spectroscopic element (1b). When the light received by each photosensitive cell, if assuming that no spectroscopic element array is present, is called the cell incident light for each photosensitive cell, the spectroscopic element array: causes some light of a first color component included in the cell incident light for each of the first and second photosensitive cells (2a, 2b) to be incident to the first photosensitive cell (2a), using the first type of spectroscopic element (1a); and causes some light of a second color component included in the cell incident light for each of the third and fourth photosensitive cells (2c, 2d) to be incident to the fourth photosensitive cell (2d), using the second type of spectroscopic element (1b).
