Title:
SOLID-STATE IMAGING ELEMENT, IMAGING DEVICE, AND METHOD FOR CONTROLLING SOLID-STATE IMAGING ELEMENT
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2019/135303
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
This solid-state imaging element for detecting address events suppresses erroneous detection caused by flickering. This solid-state imaging element is equipped with a plurality of pixels, a current detection unit, and a threshold control unit. The amount of change in voltage according to a photoelectric current and a prescribed threshold are compared with one another in each of the plurality of pixels of the solid-state imaging element. The current detection unit detects the sum of the photoelectric current of each of the pixels as the total current. The threshold control unit controls the prescribed threshold so as to be a value which corresponds to the total current detected by the current detection unit.
