Abstract:
To make it possible to perform shading correction without sacrificing noise characteristics or sensitivity characteristics. A solid-state imaging element characterized in being provided with a plurality of pixels, each of which outputs an analog voltage corresponding to electrons generated by a photodiode, and an AD converter for converting the analog voltage outputted by the pixels into a digital signal, the conversion efficiency of converting a unit quantity of electrons outputted by the photodiode into the analog voltage being different between first pixels and second pixels constituting the plurality of pixels.
